Shannon has pastored Redeemer since it’s launch in 2015. He is a graduate of Dallas Seminary and has served on staff at churches of all sizes and styles for the last 18 years. He and his wife Karen were married in 2001 and moved to the DFW area in 2002. Karen is an RN with experience in both hospital and clinical settings and currently works as a school nurse in our community. God has blessed them with two amazing children: Caleb in 2007 and Sarah in 2011. Brandon has been serving in ministry for 13 years now, serving in many different capacities from student ministry, worship, video production, communications, and more. Over the last 4 years, his focus has been to disciple students and families to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus. He wants families to know God has a plan for their life, and that it’s greater than anything they could ever imagine. He graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a Bachelor’s in Mass Communications, and has 2 Master’s degrees from Dallas Baptist University in Student Ministry and Worship Leadership. Dustin and his wife, Stacy, grew up in Southern California before moving to Texas in 2011. Dustin has dedicated over 20 years to vocational ministry in various roles. Stacy, an RN, works in Dallas. They have three children: Riley, Keegan, and Caylee. Music has always been a passion for Dustin and a primary way he connects with God. He believes worship extends beyond songs; it's a life of surrender and obedience. He enjoys spending summers on the lake, indulging in good food, and sharing time with good friends. Alyssa grew up in a small town in Indiana. She moved to Texas in 2011 to attend Texas Tech University. Shortly after graduation she met her husband Bobby and they wed in the fall of 2016. They made the move from West Texas to Fate shortly after. Alyssa and Bobby have been members of Redeemer since 2017. They have 2 children, Layton and Sadie. Alyssa came on staff in the spring of 2019. She is a former high school Ag Science teacher but now spends her time taking care of her 2 children and leading the kids ministry for Redeemer Church. Bekah, her husband, Chase, and their children, Hunter and Lucy, have been members of Redeemer since 2015. Bekah came on staff in the summer of 2017. Bekah is a former graphic artist and high school art teacher that now spends her days as a stay-at-home mom, art teacher at ACE Rockwall Homeschool Co-op and the Admin Assistant for Redeemer Church. Bekah and Chase are also volunteers with the media, kids and student ministries and have had the pleasure of being leaders at youth camp for the past few years.
